Reading the Near Future

Hello and welcome! Thanks so much for booking a reading. 

Please provide brief answers to the questions below (a few sentences for each should suffice). The information you provide will help me to focus your reading and make the best use of our time together. 

Once you submit the questionnaire, your reading will be done within two weeks (usually sooner). You will receive the following via email:

• A video recording of your reading (mostly me sharing your chart on the screen and highlighting the planets and aspects as I talk about them)

• A bullet point summary of what was covered in your reading

• A PDF copy of your birth chart

All information will remain strictly confidential.
